Do you sell custom tarps and fabrication?

Custom fabrication and location protection is one of our fortes.  With advanced notice we can have tarps, covers and tents specially customized for you.

How can I reduce my environmental impact?

Have you seen those bright, green garbage bags around town?  That’s us!

We produce 100% degradable bags that are strong, leak-proof and re-usable.  They are also 100% recyclable.  British Columbia is a beautiful place, lets keep it that way.

I need more stuff. Can you deliver?

Will you sell and rent to my event?

Sure.

Although we made our name in the film industry.  Our crew is happy to lend our resources to your event.  We have done barbeques, weddings, charities, company outings and much much more.

Where do you deliver to?

Matrix Production Services delivers rentals and expendables to any film set and event in the lower mainland areas such as Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, Pitt Meadows, Langley, Maple Ridge, White Rock, New Westminster, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Agassiz, Squamish, Whistler.

We deliver to the Vancouver Island as well. However, we require 24-48 hours notice to deliver the
gear, as it is a long distance.

How are quotes calculated?

Matrix personalizes your quote to provide the most competitive prices in rental and expendable items.  We personally go over your order, and calculate savings.

Some items, depending on tier, are only charged 1-day, 2-day and 3-day for the whole week!  For example, item such as cleaning supplies, wardrobe, mats, tents and much more. You will only be paying for 2 days for 7 consecutive rental days.  Big ticket items such as Make-up mirrors, steamer, heating and cooling devices for you to rent. You only pay for 3 days and use the equipment for 7 consecutive days.

How can I save money?

You already are, by hiring us to deliver everything needed for your film set or small event.

Although our charges for rentals, expendables and services are already personally calculated to give you the lowest quote possible, feel free to give us a call and we are happy to work with you.  We understand small budget movie or tv shows and may provide discounts on the rentals to help the community.  We are eager to help.

We accept major credit cards, cheques (checks), and debit.  Here is the link you can find out more.

When am I charged?

We charge you for the rentals when you return it.  However, we do require a credit/ debit card authorization as a deposit.
